It is made with a decoupage technique that has a subtle gloss surface. The clear rhinestones accent the top and bottom of all the sides. The top opening is also accented with small clear rhinestones. The base is made out of wood and the inside is hand painted with a black non toxic acrylic paint. Measures 5" x 5" x 5.8". It has an open bottom to fit right over any standard square tissue box.
