Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups unsweetened almond milk or other milk
1 cup frozen or fresh strawberry pieces (recommend frozen)
3/4 cup of banana
1 cup sliced cucumber
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder or similar (optional)
Instructions:
Add the liquid to your blender followed by the remaining fruits and veggies.
Start blending on slow and slowly increase speed to high, blending for 25-35 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass or jar and enjoy.
This could also be made with half orange juice or another 100% fruit juice and half water.'
Mango chunks could substitute the banana . Celery or zucchini could substitute the cucumber.
